SANDY SHEETS COTTAGE
Nestled just miles from Silver Lake, Pentwater, and Ludington, cute cottages offering the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Located in a picturesque wooded subdivision, providing a serene and private setting. The cottages have access to a private 1/2 mile beach on Lake Michigan, which is a 7-minute walk, and the property is just a short drive from Stony Lake and Camp Miniwanca.

Next door to Sandy Sheets, this 2 bedroom and 1 full bath expands our space offering all the same benefits.

Lake Michigan Water Conditions
Information comes from a buoy located near Ludington, about 35 miles north. Most critical information for swimming is Water Temperature (WTMP). Water temperature greater than about 68 degrees is comfortable.

BEDROOM 1
An ensuite bedroom with king size bed, dresser, closet, and a private full size bathroom.
BEDROOM 2
Single sized trundle bed with two mattresses with closet. Full bath is located in the hallway.

The open kitchen and living room layout allow for room to spread out.

There are two separate beach access points (north and south) about 1/2 mile walk or drive from the cottage.

Bring your favorite Keurig coffee and tea. Both cottages have Keurig coffee makers.

Locally owned and loved, walkable restaurant with good fish and bar food.
Locally owed dairy with ice cream, lunch items and can so see the cows. You can rent bikes and give farm tours. Playground available for children. One of our kids favorites!
Close store and market at local golf course
Locally owed fish market. You can either buy fish to take home or they will lightly fry for take out. CASH ONLY
No indoor seating indoors. You either eat outside at picnic tables on site or, even better, drive 1/4 mile down the street to Summit Park. This is a free, municipal park with a beach, playground and picnic tables. Bring your own drinks, adult and kid friendly and enjoy. Emily and Dennis’ favorite place!!
Large, locally owed wing and chicken place. Busy and fun atmosphere in the heart of Silver Lake. Charlie’s favorite chicken wings ever.
Locally owed burger joint with good bar and drinks. Only get the “Bear Burger” if you are really hungry. It’s big!
Family-owned sandwich shop serving deli-style bites & salads, plus ice cream. A Knuth favorite!

State Park with sand dunes, lighthouse and trails.
Tour and ride on the dunes at Silver Lake. Very fun time and they do a great job. Everyone enjoys this adventure.

Wooden roller coaster, seasonal water park & lots of other rides featured at a local amusement park.
